The general conditions of sale detailed below (hereinafter referred to as the “General Conditions”) govern the contractual relationship between any www.internationallanguagecamps.com Site User (hereinafter referred to as the “User” or “You”) and the commercial brand www.internationallanguagecamps.com owned by International Summer Camps Quai Gustave Ador, 34 1207 Genève – SUISSE (hereinafter referred to as “International Summer Camps”).
These conditions of sale are the only applicable ones and they replace all other conditions, except with prior express written consent. International Summer Camps may occasionally be obliged to modify certain provisions of its general conditions, so it is necessary that they be reread before each visit to the www.internationallanguagecamps.com Site (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). We consider that by confirming your order, you unreservedly accept our general conditions of sale, having read them.
By accessing the Site, you agree to the Terms and Conditions contained therein.

The sale prices listed on the site are in euros and are inclusive of all taxes, but exclude delivery charges. Any delivery costs are the responsibility of the User and are charged at the end of the order in addition to selected products.
Prices appear in Swiss Francs on the website. You might notice that they also appear in the currency of the country of dispatch, and this is shown for information only and has no contractual value.
International Summer Camps accepts no liability for errors or inaccuracies in the conversion system used, nor for any differences that might arise between the estimated total amount of your order and the billing amount.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but we are committed to applying the current rates that were displayed on the site at the time of your order.
5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We will honor your order while stock is available. In the event that one of the products ordered is not in stock, we promise to contact you by email within 7 days from the date of your order to inform you, indicating how soon this could, if appropriate, be delivered to you.
If, among the ordered products, some are temporarily unavailable, we promise to send you the products available and to offer you the “postage” for the rest of the order.
Availability shown on the Site is given for information only and does not in any way represent a contractual commitment.
6. SECURE PAYMENT
International Summer Camps offers several modes of payment: credit card (debit, Visa or MasterCard …), and PayPal.
For payment by credit card, the transaction is performed 4 days after your order, only with authorisation from your financial institution.
Online payment by credit card is done via STRIPE’s secure online system, “Cyber plus paiement”, which provides encryption of your banking information when transmitted.
For payment by cheque, simply send it payable to Genèves at the address below, along with your order summary:

For payment by PayPal, whether you have a PayPal account or not, the transaction is done directly on the PayPal website; International Summer Camps can not be held responsible for any malfunction of their payment Site.
8. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
It is highly recommended that you take out cancellation insurance in your home country in order to be fully reimbursed in case of cancellation before the start of the camp or before the planned departure date (for example for illness, accident, or family emergency).
The deposit of 1000 Francs Suisse (included in the price) is non-refundable and non-transferable.
In Case of Cancellation/Early Departure:
5% of the total cost of the camp will be withheld if ILC receive notice of cancellation by registered letter more than 60 days before the start of the camp.
25% of the total cost of the camp will be withheld if ILC receive notice of cancellation by registered letter between 60 and 30 days before the start of the camp.
There will be no refunds for notification of cancellation received by ILC less than 30 days before the start of the camp.
There is no refund for any stay which is shortened.
The above fees for cancellation or shortened stay compensate for our financial loss due to charges already incurred on your child’s behalf.
All cancellations or shortened stays must be notified by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.
In case of removal or cancellation of a camp by ILC, the company will inform you immediately and the total of the payments made will be reimbursed without other indemnity.
Acceptance of your child will be confirmed upon receipt of the total amount due.
As the number of participants is limited, we recommend that parents send the enrollment as soon as possible. This is particularly recommended for the first sessions, which become full very quickly.
There is no refund for any stay which is shortened (even in the case of force majeure). The above fees for cancellation or shortened stay compensate for our financial loss due to charges already incurred on your child’s behalf. All cancellations or shortened stays must be notified by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.
11. LITIGATION AND RESPONSIBILITY
This contract is subject to Swiss law. Any dispute, whatever the place of delivery, which could arise from the interpretation or execution of these General Conditions will be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the tribunal of Geneva.
International Summer Camps will not be held liable for breach of contract in case of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, including postal services and means of transport or communications, flood, fire, or war. International Summer Camps not be liable for any indirect, operating loss, loss of profit, loss of luck, damage or expense that might arise from the purchase of any product displayed on the Site.
International Summer Camps can not be held responsible for any consequences resulting from the misuse of products sold on the Site.
Responsibility for International Summer Camps will, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order.
12. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
According to the law “Informatique et Libertés” (“technology and liberties”), the processing of your information has been declared to the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).
International Summer Camps is authorised to collect, process and use your information. These data are subject to computer processing.
This activity is strictly regulated: the file has been declared to the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés.
You have a permanent right to access and rectify all the information about you in accordance with European texts and national laws in force (section 34 of the Act of January 6, 1978). You can at any time make a request to International Summer Camps in order to understand what information is available to you. At any time, you can alter you data on request.
Promotional emails (electronic mails) offering new products, clearance offers, exclusives, bargains etc. will be sent.
